toshiba equium a300d spares repairs ?

selling as spares repairs when u turn it on it lights up fan makes noise but nothing happens dont know whats wrong been told it could be a motherboard fault so selling as spares repairs well worth what im asking for im in no rush to sell if i dont sell it will be broke up and parts sold on ebay for double what im asking for now no offers
